Rum Slush

As enjoyed on June 3, 2007, for my Going Astray party. The alcohol in this means it will not freeze solid, so you can keep it in a bucket in your freezer to raid whenever you have friends over. Feel free to substitute any fruit that appeals to you, any flavour of juice you think will compliment your fruit, and whatever alcohol you like best.

Ingredients
* 1 - 750ml bottle (that's a two-sixer) of white rum
* 1 - 2L bottle of 7-up
* 1 can of frozen berry juice concentrate, plus the 3 cans of water you need to reconstitute it
* 2 to 4 cups of fresh or frozen fruit. I used frozen blueberries this time, but I have also use strawberries.
* juice of 3 limes

Instructions
* Put berries, lime juice, and juice concentrate into the food processor, in a blender, or in a pitcher if you will use a hand blender. Whir until the berries are no longer chunky.
* Add the water and rum, if there is room, and blend again.
Pour into a sealable container, such as an ice cream bucket. Add the 7-up and stir.
* Place in freezer at least overnight. Ideally you will stir this in 4 hours, but if you don't you will just have to scrape it a bit to make it slushy again.
* If you have little umbrellas, your friends will be really impressed when you serve this. Serve with a spoon and a straw.
